Project Details

Occupying 1.2ha of prime real estate acquired from the City of Sydney, this project development site situated at 14-26 Wattle St, Pyrmont, will feature a two-court indoor recreational centre, a 91-place childcare centre, and two major through-site links that will open pathways for public accessibility.

Formerly known as the Saunders Quarry, the City of Sydney site will be transformed into a major city fringe precinct after remaining undeveloped for almost a century. The development will feature 16,000 square metres of commercial building with large modern floor plates, as well as a diversity of residential dwellings.

 

 

The project is expected to begin construction in 2024.

Argentum has been assigned as the client’s project manager, recently completing the management of the Design Competition process and is now currently working through the Stage 2 DA process.
