The ex-Tabcorp Headquarters site at Ultimo is owned by TWT and is being transformed into a mixed-use development comprising of retail fronting Harris Street and 205 Residential Apartments with mixed-use commercial, across four buildings of 6-9 storeys high.

As the Development Manager for TWT, Nelson worked closely with the TWT team, to deliver a successful project that not only achieves design excellence, but also a project that the City of Sydney and the local residents could be proud of its prestige quality and creative design idea.
