The St Leonards project has been active since 2013, where TWT was able to amalgamate 13 lots, across 3 street blocks, to create a remarkable development site of 5,224sqm.

This unique site has the potential to shape the future of the St Leonards precinct, through significant improvements to the public domain.

Comprising of four towers, the development proposes to provide apartment living, creative work spaces, cultural precinct, retail spaces and public domain, which will all revive the St Leonards precinct.

As the Development Manager for TWT, Nelson is working closely with the TWT Team, to deliver a successful project for TWT, a great project to the local community and its residents, given the close integration of all involved.
