Argentum are the Development and Project Managers for a New Generation Boarding project located in one of Rockdale’s most challenging and prominent locations at The Seven Ways. The project will consist of 55 studio rooms with ground floor retail and communal rooftop vegetable garden, with a focus on environmental sustainable initiatives.

The staff at Argentum have been involved since the pre-purchase and due-diligence stage, and have since completed the Development Application stage with Bayside Council, with an approved determination being awarded in October 2020.

This project is complete.

The proposed development has been designed to make legible urban references reflected in the building’s internal planning and exterior layer. The manipulations in its external brick form has created opportunities for an integrated internal plan. The public outdoor rooftop has been optimised to overlook The Seven Ways streetscape.

The building’s selection of brick façade conceptually references the materiality of the Rockdale Town Hall façade and extends this materiality within the precinct along Princes Highway.
