MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nelson Silva
Nelson is the founding director of Argentum. He established the firm’s philosophy and collaborative approach with a proven track record in delivering successful projects across various property sectors focusing on the fundamentals of time, cost and quality.
Nelson has an academic background in construction management from the UNSW, graduating with Honours and invited by the UNSW in 2018 to lecture at the UNSW in Project Management in the Built Environment faculty. He holds professional relationships with a number of Australia’s leading listed property trusts, major financial institutions, and local and state government agencies through to the specialist’s consultancy firms with a respected reputation and proven track record.
DIRECTOR
Andreas Pelosi
Andreas joined Argentum in 2016, soon after successfully completing his degree in Civil & Structural Engineering at Sydney University, graduating with Honours.
Andreas’ high academic achievements were quickly transitioned into his working career at Argentum. His ability in forward thinking, multi-tasking, and a genuine interest in solving complex project challenges with a ‘hands on approach’. His abilities were quickly recognised by his peers and clients, which led him into taking lead roles in Project Management of several Argentum projects.
In 2024 Andreas was appointed as a Director at Argentum and continues in delivering exception results for Argentum clients whilst taking a key role in the future endeavours of Argentum Group.
