The scope includes the demolition of a two storey building at Atherden St, and excavation of the former Westpac Museum site, to make way for the construction of a new and contemporary three-storey building designed by the acclaimed, award winning Architect, William Smart.

Alterations to the heritage building located at 47 George St will also be done, which will improve the integration between old and new.

This project is due for completion in mid-2023.

Argentum commenced this project during the concept phase and has now progressed into the DA phase.
