The Quadrum development in Cremorne, consists of a four-level boutique block containing 15 high-end apartments located on Winnie & Gerard Streets. Quadrum anticipates to set a new high level of standard for boutique residential developments.

Argentum was engaged as the Project Managers for this project which finished construction in late 2018. Argentum have just been engaged as the Project Managers for the next project from same developer.
