The 286 Sussex Street 80 metre-high development will comprise of a 26 storey tower, accommodating retail, a hotel and residential units.
Argentum have been engaged as the Development and Project Managers for the project. The staff at Argentum have been involved since the pre-purchase due diligence stage. A successful milestone was achieved for the project with the approval of the Stage 1 DA from Sydney City Council, with unanimous support from all Councillors in the CSPC meeting. The project is now in the Design Competition Phase with a Stage 2 DA scheduled to commence in early August 2015.
